Dakota Boys & Girls Ranch in Minot, ND is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse for a full-time role on our adolescent psychiatric residential facility team. The position involves caring for youth ages 5-18, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing education and support to families.

Qualificações

• ND Registered Nurse license is required.
• One year of mental or behavioral healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide care to youth and families in a trauma-informed, holistic approach.
• Educate youth and families about health, medications, growth and development, and nutrition.
• Attend youth-focused meetings and participate in care planning.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergencies as needed.
