Job summary

Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks a faculty member for the Adolescent Medicine Section within the Department of Pediatrics. The Director will oversee clinical services, including outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations, and will drive expansion of the Adolescent Medicine program across the campus and affiliated centers.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in health services, translational, clinical, or educational research, and hold Pediatrics board certification

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine.
• Board certification in Pediatrics with eligibility for or certification in Adolescent Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations in Adolescent Medicine.
• Serve as Director of the Adolescent Medicine Section and lead growth of the enterprise.
• Engage in research and education with medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with Divisions such as PopQuIS to advance health services and education.
