An established healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate Adolescent Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician/Program Coordinator. The Adolescent OB Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician/Program Coordinator is a dual role providing clinical social work support and administrative operations to maintain and grow the program. It involves working with healthcare professionals within the Obstetrics and Gynecology department to address the social and emotional needs of pregnant and postpartum parents under 25 years old, promoting positive outcomes for both the adolescent parent and the unborn child. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, crisis interventions, leading groups, and implementing evidence-based treatments.
This role also involves coordinating programming initiatives such as the Adolescent Pregnant and Young Parent Advisory Board, Postpartum Support Groups, Breastfeeding Support Groups, attending monthly MDPH conference calls, submitting program data and reports, and coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings. The Program Coordinator will assist in managing the program's budget and grants.
The position is hybrid.
Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field.
Current Massachusetts LICSW license required.
Preferred experience in Integrated Behavioral Health or Medical Settings. Knowledge of social work processes and community resources. Experience as research assistant or program coordinator is a plus.
