Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elicit client history and perform physical examinations, documenting findings.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Initiate care plans including prescribed therapies with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physicians, and other health staff as required.
• Provide health education and counseling on diet, activity, and preventive care.
• Evaluate responses to disease processes and adjust care as needed.
• Administer immunizations per ACIP guidelines and policies.
• Participate in Teen Wellness Center meetings to improve policy and delivery of services.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure policy and protocol compliance.
• Perform related duties as required.
