• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar required.
• Experience with adolescents in behavioral health, mental health, or residential settings preferred.
• Strong group facilitation and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate daily psychoeducational, life skills, wellness, and recovery groups for adolescent clients.
• Encourage participation and foster a positive therapeutic group environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals and reinforce interventions.
• Document group attendance, participation, and progress in a timely manner.
• Support program activities, recreational groups, and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain professional boundaries and be a positive role model.
• Support a safe and structured milieu while adhering to policies.
