Monte Nido Clementine North Shore in Northport, NY is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical programming for adolescents with eating disorders. The role requires strong leadership in a residential setting, NY licensure, and expertise in admissions, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance.

Lead a team of therapists, guide care coordination with payers, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based services while mentoring staff and participating in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Experience with admissions, utilization review, and payer interactions.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall clinical quality of programming with staffing and fiscal oversight.
• Mentor clinical therapists and collaborate with insurance payers.
• Model healthy eating by eating meals with clients during mealtimes.
• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning with the treatment team.
• Provide safe, empathetic support across multiple populations.
