Qualifications

• Outpatient nutrition experience required; RD certification required upon hire.
• Wisconsin state CD credential required; eligibility for registration is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and education to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Support patients and families in developing healthy eating habits and managing nutrition-related health concerns.
• Focus on adolescent eating disorders within the Adolescent Medicine Team; conduct follow-up as needed.
• Assist with weekly follow-up visits for complex cases in the adolescent clinic.
