• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings to review cases.
• Use DBT model to support change and quality of life improvements.
• Facilitate DBT individual, family sessions and group skills training.
• Join monthly consultations with counselors and psychiatric providers.
• Collaborate with referrals, schools, and families to improve support.
