Responsibilities

• Participates in admission of new residents.
• De-escalates volatile situations using therapeutic crisis intervention techniques.
• Contributes to treatment plan through written reports and discussions.
• Organizes recreational activities for positive leisure time.
• Oversees daily care, cleanliness, and clothing/supplies management.
• Provides transportation if Agency Authorized Driver status is granted.
• Maintains resident hygiene routines and active listening.
• Completes daily logs and reports for staff review.
• Adheres to reporting procedures for facility issues; participates in training.
