Job summary

Williams County is seeking an Adolescent Care Center Attendant to assist in the daily operations of the Williams County Adolescent Care Center in Williston, ND. You will monitor residents, perform security checks, and maintain documentation to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising residents, coordinating meals/laundry/medications, organizing activities, and facilitating transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of the facility and residents with routine security checks.
• Monitors residents for suicidal or combative behavior and provides crisis intervention.
• Completes daily activity logs and records on resident behavior, actions, medications, and activities.
• Coordinates daily needs of residents (meals, laundry, medications) and oversees recreation.
• Schedules and supervises housekeeping duties and resident chores.
• Transports residents to court and other appointments when needed.
• Attends required trainings (First Aid, CPR, Mental Health First Aid).
• Maintains confidentiality of records and ensures compliance with public records laws.
