Embark Behavioral Health in San Martin, CA seeks a fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC to provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents in a residential program. You will manage a focused caseload of about six to eight teens (ages 12-17) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality clinical care.

The role requires a California license and the ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy with adolescents preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain NPI and CAQH profile.
• Two+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in residential treatment or high-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents (12-17) in a residential setting.
• Maintain a small caseload of approximately 6–8 clients.
• Develop, update, and collaborate on treatment plans with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and therapeutic support during distress.
• Conduct parent coaching and family sessions to support progress and transitions home.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with families and referral partners.
• Complete clinical documentation and assessments timely per program requirements.
