Job summary

The Children\'s Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) in Germantown, PA seeks a Clinical Therapist to provide intensive therapeutic services to adolescent males in a residential setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral health and treatment goals.

Requires a Master\'s degree; licensure preferred; strong clinical skills; experience with juveniles; duties include assessment, treatment planning, court reports, and an on-call rotation; full-time role

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive therapeutic services to residents.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Complete clinical notes and court reports.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
• Remain available for after-hours on-call rotation.
