• Supervises patients to provide a safe, secure and positive environment.
• Transports patients safely according to agency policies.
• Completes shift documentation thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises patients providing a safe, secure and positive environment where patient’s physical and socio-emotional needs are met.
• Provides structure by adhering to agency schedules and creating schedules for patients.
• Instructs patients in problem solving, communication, socialization, emotional, educational, and life management skills.
• Maintains professional boundaries at all times.
• Transports patients safely, per agency policies, in agency vehicle as needed.
• Coordinates and documents information regarding patient behavior and interventions; completes documentation before end of shift.
• Ensures monitoring and staff-to-patient ratio on campus and during appointments.
• Completes any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
