Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in San Martin, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support adolescents (12-17) through experiential therapies on-site at our San Martin campus, with daytime or overnight shifts and a starting hourly pay range of $24–$26.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply de-escalation techniques, and guide teens in activities like art, music, yoga, hiking, and fitness while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates/bachelor's in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with adolescent populations preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• De-escalation and crisis management to maintain a safe environment.
• Build supportive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Support daily activities and client progress through experiential therapies.
• Document interactions and interventions accurately.
