Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Indiana licensure LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent; CADAC or similar addiction certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, case counselors, and other professionals to support the youth’s treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and licensing standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of effective care strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Educate clients and families about substance use, mental health, and coping strategies.
