U.S. Bank seeks a data and analytics professional to lead large-scale data projects spanning analytics, personalization, and digital marketing. The role uses Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to optimize onsite personalization and multi-channel journeys, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, risk, and technology teams in an Agile environment, build dashboards, and ensure governance and data quality across initiatives.
Responsible for working on large-scale data, analytics, personalization, and digital marketing initiatives that gather and integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations across the company. Acquires, analyzes, and interprets complex data to identify trends, answer business questions, and support data-driven decision making. Utilizes statistical techniques, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, to support onsite personalization and multi-channel customer journey execution. Presents analysis and campaign performance results in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to quickly understand findings and take action. Collaborates with marketing, analytics, risk, and technology partners in an Agile environment to deliver a holistic view of customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. Measures and monitors the impact of recommendations and marketing activations, identifies opportunities for optimization, and communicates results. Plays a key role in developing and expanding digital campaign and journey orchestration capabilities while ensuring all data acquisition, sharing, and activation activities comply with company standards and governance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
