Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Adobe Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for the Adobe Experience Cloud across the enterprise estate in the US. You will design and configure solutions hands-on with administrators, developers, and partners to enable high-impact adoption while guarding governance and security across Workfront, AEM Assets, and related tools.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including direct, practical experience configuring and administering both platforms, not only designing them.
• Working knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including author, publish, and dispatcher tiers, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the estate-wide adoption roadmap using a phased approach: proof of concept, pilot, scale, and continuous evolution.
• Design and configure pilot solutions directly, then hand them to support teams for scaled rollout.
• Identify use cases where automation and generative AI can return creative capacity to teams, and frame adoption around enablement rather than replacement.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and office hours that help teams move from basic use to advanced capability.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress and value to leadership.
• Define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and configuration standards that apply across all instances in the estate.
• Design and configure the integration between Workfront and AEM Assets to support unified content operations and automated asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure all solutions follow Adobe security best practices, including proper configuration, role-based access, and data governance controls.
• Lead architecture for instance consolidation and migration, including preconditions, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
• Establish template governance models that protect brand standards while preserving production speed.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex, multisystem issues across Workfront, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and connected Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Firefly.
• Define the triage model so routine issues are resolved by first-line support and only architectural issues reach this role.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and design lasting fixes rather than workarounds.
• Partner with Adobe Support and account teams to elevate product defects and track resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal leadership, the Global Platforms team, and business unit owners across the estate.
• Translate technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for executive audiences.
• Facilitate alignment between local platform owners and central governance where priorities differ.
• Direct the work of supporting administrators, developers, or partners within an Agile delivery model.

As an Adobe Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for our Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem across the full enterprise estate. You will lead efforts to expand platform adoption across creative, marketing, and operations teams while helping resolve complex platform challenges quickly and sustainably.

You will design and configure solutions hands-on, partnering with platform administrators, developers, and implementation partners to bring those solutions to life. You will balance strategic architecture with practical execution, while working within a support model designed to protect your time for high-impact adoption initiatives.

You will also use each challenge you solve as an opportunity to strengthen governance, improve platform practices, and create more scalable, durable solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Adoption and Enablement

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including direct, practical experience configuring and administering both platforms, not only designing them.
• Working knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including author, publish, and dispatcher tiers, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working across multiple instances or a federated platform estate.
• Experience resolving complex platform issues across multiple integrated systems.
• Demonstrated success leading platform adoption or change management programs at scale.
• Experience directing or coordinating the work of administrators, developers, or implementation partners.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present trade-offs clearly and concisely.

Preferred

• Adobe certifications (AEM Architect, Workfront Core Developer, or equivalent).
• Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Firefly Services APIs.
• Background in agency or multi-brand environments with federated platform ownership.
• Experience with instance consolidation or platform migration programs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React for front-end integration discussions.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $178,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
