Job description

Job Description: Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for the ACV8 team: write user stories, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data analysts, and Adobe support.
  • Take ownership of support tickets, including tracking and coordinating with Adobe and internal teams.
  • Participate in and contribute to technical discussions related to workflows, campaigns, and data integrations.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Support the transition from a consulting team to an internal team by becoming deeply embedded in the ACV8 environment.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign V8.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role with technical responsibilities.
  • Ability to write and execute user stories and contribute directly to development work when needed.
  • Experience managing support workflows and working with external vendors (e.g., Adobe).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in development or technical implementation of marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with data workflows and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Located in or willing to work within Eastern or Central Time Zones.
