Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Adobe Analytics Platform Engineer to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and administer platforms utilized within the organization.
2. Modify platforms to fit the needs of Data and Analytics and support advanced analytics.
3. Support the design of internal data automation projects by collaborating with IT stakeholders, service owners, and partners.
4. Provide guidance and consultation to stakeholders on platform capabilities.
5. Maintain appropriate standardized guidelines and processes to expedite workflow and ultimately improve efficiencies.
6. Manage JIRA Service Desk tickets routed to teams.
7. Communicate with internal employees.
8. Handle tickets from various departments, including:
9. Track landing page activities.
10. Ensure button clicks are sent to Adobe Analytics.
11. Write JS in Tag Manager if needed.

Qualifications:

Must haves:

1. Strong/Expert level Adobe Analytics background with hands-on experience.
2. Experience creating Adobe Workspace dashboards.
3. Must understand Adobe Analytics implementation, including dimensions, segments, and metrics.
4. Knowledge of eVars and props.
5. Understanding of tag management systems is a plus.
6. Must be able to hit the ground running.
