Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant to architect and deliver enterprise-scale customer engagement using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You’ll connect technical fluency to business outcomes, building scalable, governance-driven omnichannel experiences for complex client engagements.

You will collaborate with CTOs, delivery teams, and product owners to shape architectures and ensure alignment with client objectives while traveling up to 0–100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish governance frameworks and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.

You bring deep hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect technical fluency to real business outcomes: scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance frameworks that stick, and omnichannel experiences that feel seamless rather than stitched together.

You build trust with clients, align stakeholders with clarity, and do your best work when the path forward isn't obvious.

The Work:

• Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.




• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.




• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.

The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here\u2019s what you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience helping to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.




• Minimum of 2 years of experience participating and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.




• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.




• Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate\u2019s degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• You have an Adobe certification in AJO or AEP.




• You have strong experience defining customer data, personalization, and integration architectures.




• You have experience with solution & architecture, solution blueprinting & architecture governance, and solution and consulting & advisory.




• You have experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).




• You have executive stakeholder management.




• You have experience in/with discovery Workshops & Requirements Definition.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
