Job description

Mandatory Skills:

At least 12 - 15 years of overall IT experience.
At least 3 years in ADOBE tools (AEP, ACV8, AJO).
NO AEM profiles, please look for AEP/AJO experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Owns solution design for cross-domain initiatives and works across domains to ensure cohesive solutions.
2. Reviews and identifies gaps in the architecture and solution designs.
3. Assesses and defines remediation efforts or mitigation options.
4. Drives practical solutions considering all teams, initiatives, and long-term outlook.
5. Drives the overall technical design and end-to-end (E2E) solution design for assigned initiatives.
6. Ensures quality, consistency, and alignment of designs to TMUS standards and digital strategy.
7. Drives large cross-domain initiatives that are supported by E2E Design, applying digital standards to project Solution Architecture.
8. Leads the technical design process for applicable cross-domain initiatives and design orchestration on mid-sized initiatives or work streams.
9. Ensures Digital Architecture standards are applied and negotiates and documents tradeoffs with Digital Architecture as needed.
10. Maintains design initiatives that include architecture diagrams, data models, and APIs.
11. Enforces design processes and standards on assigned initiatives.
12. Translates business requirements into technical requirements that the System Analysts and other technical team members drive into the project design.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. To architect, design, and develop solutions for product or sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained clients in the said technology and mitigate delivery risks.
3. To ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current and meet quality standards and client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
