Accenture is seeking an expert to define and implement innovative, web-based solutions that transform how clients engage customers. You will lead Adobe AEM initiatives, bridge business strategy and technical execution, and guide multi-stakeholder programs across complex engagements.

You will own hands-on delivery of AEM solutions, advise on governance, and mentor teams while maintaining strong client relationships and exploring future-ready digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of AEM solutions across client engagements and phases.
• Provide functional guidance during AEM solution design to reflect business intent.
• Bridge between business teams and technical resources during development.
• Offer AEM best-practices insights to drive governance and strategy.
• Understand application architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, CDN.
• Outline pros/cons of AEM solutions and drive short- and long-term use cases.
• Oversee Adobe Assets/Analytics setup and configurations.
• Drive integration of Adobe tools with third-party applications.
• Identify feasibility, surface gaps, and raise issues.
• Serve as functional SME for integration points, workflows, and content governance.
• Contribute to governance procedures, requirements, and workflows.
• Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-channel touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor team members on content management initiatives.
• Support client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
