Job summary

The Admix Technician at Oregon Oncology Specialists in Salem, OR will support the clinical care team by accurately preparing medications, handling hazardous and non-hazardous products, labeling drugs, and maintaining par levels and inventory. Qualifications

• Attention to detail essential for accurate medication preparation.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and provider teams.
• Prior pharmacy experience helpful but not required for all roles.
• Pharmacy Technician certificate and license required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare medications using provider orders according to policies.
• Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous products following OSHA and USP guidelines.
• Label all drugs per policy for safe administration.
• Maintain appropriate medication par levels and inventory control.
• Input inventory data into Lynx system and monitor stock.
• Coordinate medication procurement with the nursing team.
