Job summary

Willamette Valley Cancer Institute in Eugene/Springfield, OR is seeking an Admixture Clean Room Clerk to support the admixture team with cleaning and organization of rooms and equipment. The role may involve distribution of supplies to sustain daily operations in the admixture and infusion areas.

The position offers full-time hours with benefits and a path to become an admixture technician after obtaining an Oregon pharmacy technician license and CPhT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform courier duties if needed to Corvallis, Albany, and/or coastal clinic sites.
• Position is entry level and 1-3 years of cleaning experience in office or medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinic support functions including stocking, cleaning, and ordering supplies.
• Helps maintain a clean admixture and infusion environment.
• Assist with intra-clinic transportation of materials, possibly including chemotherapy materials.
• Courier supplies or medications to satellite clinics or collect materials from local medical facilities.
• Other various projects and duties as needed by the pharmacy/admixture and infusion departments.
