Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is looking for a dedicated professional to handle patient admissions and clerical tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive timely care and support within the hospital.
This position requires at least 6 months of experience, preferably in a hospital setting, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Join our team to contribute to a respectful, ethical, and results-oriented work environment.
Pay ranges from $17.24 to $23.91, based on qualifications and experience.
Under general supervision, interviews patients to obtain necessary information, prepare admission/registration forms and performs other clerical/computer operational tasks related to the admission of inpatients and outpatients coming into our Medical Center.
HS or GED
6 months' experience. Emergency Department or Hospital experience preferred.
Employee has knowledge and understanding of patient and workforce safety as it relates to job duties.
Demonstrates competency in the delivery of care and applies the knowledge to meet age-specific needs if applicable.

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
