Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a compassionate Admitting Counselor/Registration Clerk for the Onalaska Urgent Care location. This 0.5 FTE role offers rotating evening and morning shifts (5:15 PM–10:15 PM and 8:00 AM–1:00 PM) with every-other-weekend rotation.

Starting pay is $17.54+ per hour, plus shift differentials for PMs and weekends. You will gather and verify demographics, confirm insurance coverage and pre-certification details, and explain patient financial responsibilities prior to
