Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) in Florida to deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based practices. You will apply assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation with strong communication and leadership in a supportive team.

Required credentials include an RN license and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; additional certifications such as ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP may be required. Sign-on bonus may apply with experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or BSN required or preferred.
• RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of competency.
• Licenses & Certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and ONCS/ Chemotherapy provider cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care and promote evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrate assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and leadership.
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across units as assigned.
