Qualifications

• Direct and comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Western Illinois University.
• Degree conferred at appointment time, unless in final semester; degree from regionally accredited institution if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Undergraduate Admissions Welcome Center.
• Coordinate the daily tour program for prospective students.
• Update prospective students on application status and missing materials.
• Coordinate meetings for prospective students and academic departments during campus visits.
• Prepare materials for major visits events such as open houses and registration events.
• Provide directions to visitors and customer service at the welcome center.
