Job summary

Empire Beauty School in Maryland seeks a Floating Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) to travel between our campuses, recruit qualified students for cosmetology programs, conduct interviews, tours, and enrollment reviews. This full-time role requires two late nights weekly and Saturday availability, with travel between schools.

Pay is $30.43 per hour. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree or Career School diploma; a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales, education enrollment, etc., a plus.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Associate's degree or Career School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students regularly.
• Conduct student interviews and review enrollment requirements.
• Give campus tours and present career opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with students during cosmetology education.
