Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• 2 days of availability with closing availability (shifts may end between 11:00pm - 1:00am)
• Deliver top-notch customer service with strong verbal communication skills
• Bring high energy, positivity, and a love for people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter the park
• Provide friendly, clear answers and helpful guidance
• Handle parking, ticket, and season pass sales using the POS system
• Ensure smooth, efficient guest entry to start the visit stress-free
• Uphold park policies with professionalism and a guest-first attitude

• Collaborate with Admissions team to keep operations running smoothly
