• Facilitate admissions process, including assessment, consent, and inventory of patient belongings.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and secure initial pre-authorization for treatment and admission.
• Coordinate care with medical and psychiatric staff and respond to inquiries about the facility.
• Monitor patient status throughout admissions and ensure timely receipt of clinical information.
