Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Missouri RN license currently active.
• CPR certification required; Handle with Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessment to help determine appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate referral and intake processes; assist in admission procedures.
• Maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff.
• Collaborate with Business Office for patient financial data, verification and insurance prior authorization.
