Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospice Admissions Nurse in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will guide patients and families through the transition to hospice care, coordinating admissions, and explaining Medicare benefits with compassion.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
