Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in Houston, TX is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse to bridge hospital or community care with hospice services. As an integral part of the team, you will assess eligibility, educate families about Medicare benefits, and coordinate admissions with physicians and case managers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
