What You Will Be Doing
- Craft personalized communication journeys that make families feel valued and understood, whether through thoughtful emails or engaging phone conversations
- Orchestrate immersive campus experiences through meticulously planned tours that showcase our unique educational approach
- Design and execute memorable shadow days that give prospective students an authentic taste of the Alpha experience
- Maintain impeccable records and relationship histories using modern CRM tools, ensuring no opportunity for connection is missed
- Embody and articulate Alpha's educational vision in every interaction, serving as a passionate ambassador for our community

Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities
Champion our families' journey from initial inquiry to successful enrollment through masterful communication, relationship building, and event coordination, while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and attention to detail.
Basic Requirements
- Exceptional communication abilities that shine in both written and verbal interactions
- Proven track record of 2+ years in roles requiring superior customer or family relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in juggling multiple priorities while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
- Natural talent for phone communication that combines warmth, professionalism, and authentic engagement
- U.S.-based candidate with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Background in educational admissions, hospitality management, or operational coordination
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Previous experience managing family relationships in environments requiring discretion and trust

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
