Join us at Alpha, where your role goes beyond answering emails; you're here to shape futures.

As an Admissions Representative, you'll be the guiding light for families embarking on the pivotal journey of choosing the right educational path for their child. Your role is to be their reliable contact, offering reassurance, insightful information, and always staying ahead of their needs.

This isn't about mere paperwork or ticking boxes. It's about crafting a bespoke experience that ensures every prospective family feels valued, heard, and enthusiastic about joining a school that transforms students' lives daily. From the initial call to the final shadow day, you'll manage logistics, communications, and touchpoints, moving families from interested to committed, without being involved in admissions decisions.

Alpha thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment that values clarity, consistency, and empathy. If you excel at simplifying complex processes, building trust through stellar communication, and seek a role where your impact is both direct and visible, you'll find your ideal fit here.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Engaging in high-touch phone and email communications with prospective families, answering queries, resolving concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Orchestrating school tours by coordinating internal schedules, confirming logistics, and ensuring families are well-prepared and excited.
  • Organizing student shadow days that are seamless, effectively communicated, and customized to each family's preferences.
  • Meticulously tracking all interactions and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot to ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Embodying Alpha’s values and educational philosophy in every interaction, email, and dialogue.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Making final admissions decisions or modifying school policies.
  • Passively waiting for forms to arrive; you'll be proactive, not passive.
  • Sending generic responses or treating families as mere tasks to complete.
  • Working in isolation; you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to provide flawless experiences.
  • Reciting the same script repeatedly—this role demands thoughtful, dynamic communication.

Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing or family-facing role
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision and follow-through
  • Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with warmth and professionalism
  • Located in the U.S. with legal authorization to work without visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in admissions, education, hospitality, or operations
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or CRM systems
  • Experience with campus logistics or family engagement in a high-trust environment
