Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Representative to join our campus-based team in a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with two evenings. You’ll engage prospective students through conversations, build relationships, and guide applicants through our programs.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong phone skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs. A High School diploma or GED is required, with some college or degree preferred. Bilingual a plus.

  • Ability to drive activity from the office and push other activities.
  • Outbound calling experience and use of phone outlines to set appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective students with engaging activities and relationship building.
  • Conduct outbound calls to set appointments.
  • Explain Ross programs and curriculum to applicants.
  • Maintain student records using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Work campus-based schedule including two evenings.
