Responsible for greeting and registering all incoming patients and their representatives; ensuring necessary information required for admission is accurately recorded and processed while maintaining confidentiality within HIPPA guidelines.
Plays a pivotal role in the operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery. This position requires individuals who are detail oriented, adaptable and equipped with the necessary experience and skills to handle the demands of the dynamic healthcare environment.
Education:
High School or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of two years hands‑on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in patient admission.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency includes word processing and patient accounting system. HIPPA and PCI Compliance required. Insurance knowledge preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient. Some positions may require accurate interpretation and translation in a bilingual targeted language.
