Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients throughout Montgomery County, PA, delivering 1:1 skilled nursing and compassionate care in the home.

The role requires an active PA RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and prior home care experience with travel to cases as assigned. You will assess, educate, and support patients and families in a trusted home-health setting.

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Prior home care experience required.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• See a client through their care needs—from hospital discharge to a safe home life with comfort, independence and dignity.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care per individual care plan, including medication administration, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight.
• Perform client assessments, educate patient and/or family, and monitor condition.

What you'll do:

As a BAYADA Nurse, you'll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most - in the comfort of their own home. As a BAYADA RN you will:

• See a client through their care needs - from hospital discharge to living a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
• Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

What you should have:

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Prior home care experience required.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

• Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
  $62.00 - $72.00 per point
