As a Start of Care nurse, you will:

• Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex patients in the home setting
• Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day within a small geographical area, focusing on 1:1 care
• Provide skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care according to individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Conduct client assessments, educate patients and families, and monitor patient conditions

Qualifications for a Start of Care nurse:

• A current NJ nursing license in good standing
• At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in Home Health
• Comfortable using an EMR; experience with HCHB is a plus
• Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits is preferred

Note: A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions.
