At Mass General Brigham Home Care, you'll build meaningful relationships, use your clinical judgment, and make a difference where patients feel most at home.

As an RN, you'll have the independence to manage your patients and schedule, without giving up the support of a strong team.

Join our Start of Care South team

Why you'll like this team

You have independence, but you're never on your own.

  • A schedule that works for you: Part-time (27-hours) with no evenings, Thursday and Friday are required 9-hour days, with flexibility to choose your third workday. You'll complete three starts-of-care visits per day while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own schedule and appointments.
  • Ancillary support services: Scheduling coordinators, liaisons, and other support services help with the administrative and coordination needs of care, allowing you to spend more time focused on your patients.
  • Strong team culture: Work alongside a collaborative team that values communication, teamwork, and supporting one another. Monthly team meetings, and quarterly in-person team days help keep the team connected.
  • Support to grow: Ongoing training, education, and opportunities to collaborate across disciplines.
