Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience (home care preferred).
• Comfort working with various computer systems; handheld devices experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication.
• Strong organization and prioritization; adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and self-directed in unpredictable situations.
• Ability to collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Willingness to travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area.

Most visits will be in, Amesbury, Bradford, Byfield, Essex, Georgetown, Gloucester, Groveland, Haverhill, Ipswich, Magnolia, Manchester, Merrimack, Newbury, Newburyport, Plum Island, Rockport, Rowley, Salisbury, W. Newbury, Methuen and surrounding towns as needed.
