Job summary

Northbridge University Kissimmee Campus in Kissimmee, FL seeks an Admissions Representative to drive enrollment and manage outreach. The role involves candidate interviews, data entry, and collaboration with the Registrar to verify credentials. Training is provided by the Director of Admissions, with a focus on meeting enrollment targets.

Evening and weekend hours are required to support events and deadlines. Prior experience in education or healthcare settings is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate degree is required.
Experience as a proprietary school executive is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a results orientation.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Highest levels of integrity at all times.
Willingness to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
Experience in healthcare related positions.

Responsibilities

Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending Northbridge University.
Make at least 100 phone calls per day to prospective students.
Maintain records of calls, interviews, and enrollments.
Recommend qualified prospective students for admission.
Accurately complete enrollment paperwork.
Work with Registrar to verify qualifications of prospects.
Participate in college and career fairs.
Attend college graduation ceremonies.
