Job summary

Norfolk Health & Rehabilitation Center in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families, discharge planners, and referral sources. This role coordinates the referral-to-admission process for inpatient rehabilitative services and partners with Sales and Marketing to raise community awareness of the center.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from families, discharge planners and referral sources.

• Assist Admissions Director and contribute to a census-driven environment.
