Lewis & Clark College seeks an office assistant to support the Admissions team with administrative tasks. You will manage the Slate CRM database, respond to group visit requests, and help with email communication and inbox management. The role includes calendar maintenance and coordination with the admissions staff.
The position is suitable for students, with shifts in 2–4 hour blocks totaling about 6–8 hours weekly. Federal or LC Work-Study is preferred but not required.
Our office assistant provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves clerical duties, communication management, and assisting team members with routine tasks.

Work shifts will be between 8:30 am - 5 pm and take place in 2-4 hour blocks. We anticipate students in this position to work 6-8 hours per week.
$16.80 / hour
