SVG HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Surgical Services Team on a PRN basis. The role collects pre-admission information, coordinates testing (history, labs, EKG, radiology) and reviews results with the physician.

May perform pre- and post-visit calls to patients as needed. Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), an active RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required; multi-state RN license may be used per state rules (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
