Job summary

Life Care Center of East Ridge is seeking an Admissions Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN) to assist with patient admissions and readmissions, delivering quality care in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR, and at least one year of geriatric nursing experience; a $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will perform hands-on assessments, communicate with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation during the admission process.

Qualifications

• Attended an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assessment during admissions.
• Communicate assessment findings with physician.
• Deliver quality nursing care and initiate care plans.
