OASIS RN Responsibilities

As a Weekend Home Health Admission Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing Admission / "Start of Care" OASIS Visits throughout the Metro area, evaluating and assessing clients for home health services.
• Recommending additional services from other disciplines as needed, collaborating closely with clients and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
  
  

OASIS RN Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota, along with a reliable vehicle, valid Driver's License, and current insurance.
• Prior experience in Home Health Nursing and proficiency in Medicare & OASIS documentation.
• Strong autonomy, organization, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
