You’ll be the first contact for prospective students, guiding them through interviews, campus tours, and the admissions process to determine fit.

This role blends recruiting, career advising, customer service, and relationship-building.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct interviews with prospective students to understand their goals, interests, and career aspirations
• Lead engaging campus tours and presentations
• Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process
• Build relationships with students and their support systems
• Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, text messages, email, and virtual communication
• Maintain accurate records and activity within our CRM system
• Participate in career fairs, high school visits, community events, and recruitment activities
• Represent The Beauty Institute professionally both on campus and within the community
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services teams to ensure a positive student experience
• Meet enrollment and activity goals while maintaining a student-focused approach
