Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a dedicated professional to support our resident care teams and operational processes. The role emphasizes insurance knowledge, strong computer skills, and a collaborative, culture-driven mindset.

You will help ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service for residents. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Community, familiarity with medical records, and a proactive, time‑management oriented

Qualifications

• 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Community or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and significant managed care.
• Excellent knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Open and driven communications skills and willingness to contribute to our culture.
• Superior time management skills; experience with medical records is a plus.
